Amazing, a little rich but very good and extremely tasty. In the future I will cut the sauce amount totals to 50-75% from original. Steak was medium rare and seared on the grill. And I had green beans with butter and garlic mash potatoes with cheddar cheese topping for a outstanding dinner everyone loved. Might use asparagus next time versus green beans and maybe due another cheese for the mash potatoes or plain garlic mash potatoes. Either way the steak will be made again and I am a guy that hates ruining a good steak by over cooking or sauces. This was excellent.

Made this recipe 3 times now and I love it. On the third I decided to add pasta to the mix. Was very good as I felt as though it needed to go with other than just the meat and sauce. Very good and recommend it with or without pasta.

Amazing! I wouldn't change anything! It was delicious. We also made baked oven fries and baked broccoli that we dipped the sauce in as well.
