- 15.5 oz. cannellini beans (rinsed)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. shallot (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. dried chili flakes
- 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 whole red snapper (scaled and cleaned)
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. olive oil

Directions
- Drain and rinse beans. Heat olive oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, shallot, chili flakes and oregano. Sauté 1-2 minutes, then add beans, ¼-cup water, sea salt and black pepper. Cook about 10 minutes to combine flavors. Let cool slightly then puree bean mixture in blender. Remove from blender and stir in parmesan cheese.
- Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
- Make 3 parallel slices in fish about ¼-inch deep. Fill cavity of each fish with lemon, garlic and parsley. Sprinkle fish with sea salt and brush both sides with olive oil. Grill fish 15-20 minutes, turning once. Remove fish from Grill. Serve with White Bean Puree and fresh lemon slices.
