Grilled Pork Tenderloin Skewers

Delicious and easy to make skewers with grilled pork tenderloin, and a soy sauce, and garlic dipping sauce. Cook up a huge plate of these for an easy summer appetizer! This recipe is courtesy of Foodness Gracious.


  • 2 pounds pork loin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 orange (zest and juice)
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

    1. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and add them to a bowl.
    2. Add the 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 Tbsp. maple syrup, 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar, orange juice and zest from 1 orange, 2 tsp. minced garlic and 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger to the sliced pork and stir well to fully combine.
    3. Marinate the pork for at least three hours or overnight if possible.
