  • 1/2 tsp. butter
  • 1 cup polenta (fine coarse)
  • 1/4 cup asiago cheese (OR Parmesan cheese, grated)
  • 2 Tbsp. basil (OR Italian parsley fresh, chopped)
  • black pepper (To taste, fresh ground)
  • 8 oz. butter (room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon (style mustard)
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chives (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. basil (fresh, finely slivered)
