  • 4 bone-in pork chops ( , about 2 1/2 pounds total)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish ( creamy)
  • 2 cloves garlic ( , grated or minced)
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, stir together the white BBQ sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, spicy brown mustard, creamy horseradish, garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika).
    2. Add half the BBQ sauce to a large casserole dish or a large plastic bag. Add the pork chops and toss to coat. Let marinate 20-30 minutes while you preheat the grill.
    3. Heat the grill to 450°F.
