Ingredients

  • 4 New York pork chops (top loin, 1 1/2-inch thick)
  • 2 cups dry white wine (OR distilled vinegar)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons fresh ginger root (minced, OR 1 tablespoon dry ginger)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic self-sealing bag; seal bag and refrigerate 2-24 hours. Remove pork from marinade; discarding marinade. Grill chops, over indirect heat in covered grill, for 12-16 minutes, turning once until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
