This is the perfect summer BBQ side plate. It is incredibly good for you and incredibly delicious. You won't believe how good our Grilled Pineapple recipe is. Don't believe us? Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • honey (as much as you like)
  • cinnamon (as much as you like)
  • butter (/cooking spray)

Directions

  1. Cover a large pan or stovetop grill with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Peel the pineapple and cut it in half.
  3. Cover both of the pineapple halves with a light layer of honey and cinnamon.
  4. Place the pineapple on the grill and grill each side for 5 minutes.
  5. Once both sides are grilled, serve. These pineapples can be served with chicken, pork, or even with ice cream as a dessert.

I love grilled pineapple, but I've never had it with cinnamon before. I love how the flavors compliment each other. I really enjoy this chopped up and served with fish chutney style. It is also delicious when served atop vanilla bean ice cream.
