Description

Sweet and savory, this recipe for Grilled Peaches with Ham and Cream of Brie make a first course, brunch, or light lunch option. Grilling the peaches allows them to caramelize ever so slightly, releasing their sweet fragrant flavor. Cream of brie, fresh thyme, and ham make a creamy savory sauce to top each grilled peach half. Garnish with a thin piece of ham and a sprig of fresh thyme for an elegant and attractive finish.
