  • 4 peaches (halved and pitted)
  • 4 nectarines (halved and pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ice cream (or mascarpone cheese, to serve)

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium. Place fruit in a disposable foil pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Grill for 10 mins, until fruit is golden and slightly softened.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream or mascarpone cheese
