    Delicious and easy! The shrimp were a little overdone. Next time I will not use shrimp but instead sear scallops and add them at the end prior to covering with the foil.

    Turned out amazing. Except I think I purchase the incorrect chorizo. My chorizo was like leather. Will try again.

    I ended up having to bake it inside instead of on the grill. Turned out great! Baked it a little longer because I knew the oven wouldn’t get as hot.

    I wasn't set up to do this on the grill, so I did it on the stove. othernthan the rice turning iut a bit overcooked, it was delicious
    it was wonderful! i also added a tiny can of tomato puree just to bring out the sunny slavour that defines this amazing dish.

    I LOVE making this dish. It's perfect for a small get together. It's easy to monitor and still socialize, plus, it has the wow factor.

    This was great! Halved the recipe because I didn't have a pan, and used the stove and oven instead of a grill; still turned out really well!

    After trying a half dozen paella recipes this is easily the best crowd pleaser. It's the most fun to make as well. I look forward to cooking this version of Paella
