Ingredients

nectarines
jam (Wild berry, or other jam flavor if desired)

Directions

1Heat up the grill.
2Cut the nectarines in half and pull the halves apart by rotating. Use a knife to remove the core.
3Place the fruit on the grill, with the inside facing down.
4Grill for about 3 to 4 minutes and remove from heat.
5Put the nectarine halves on the dish and, while still hot, put the jam in the center.
6Serve immediately or let cool, depending on preference.
