I used this marinated flank steak to make fajitas. OMG, it turned out to be the best fajitas I've ever made at home. I grilled the meat on charcoal, which may have helped with the taste of the end product. I also marinated the meat for approximately 24 hours prior to cooking it.

This turned out great. It is such a yummy way to mix up dinner for the week. I used thin cut flank steak and cooked it on a grill pan on my stovetop. It took about 3 min to cook on medium heat for medium well.
