delicious! next time, ill keep the pieces round so it will be easier to turn while on the grill!
I made this on a griddle on the stove, and it turned out delicious. I may try roasted garlic instead is raw next time. I’ll definitely try it on the grill this summer!

I love eggplant. This is the first eggplant dish I did not like. It tasted like oil. :-( more than anything. I followed the recipe, but I definitely will not be making this one again.

It was okay. I followed the instructions except maybe the quantity of oil, I put less but it was delicious but not as good as I was expecting. Thanks for sharing!

I loved this dish and will be making it again soon. Actually used this as a side dish with Marinated Chicken and other Vegetables. Thanks to this recipe my siblings will eat eggplant.
