Description
Topped with beautifully seasoned sauteed asparagus, these Grilled Lamb Chops make a great dinner entree for a week night. Ready in just 20 minutes, the lamb chops are grilled with a pinch of salt and pepper while the asparagus is lightly sauteed in a mustard and herb butter sauce. You can keep the asparagus stalks whole or chop them up according to your preference. Serve the asparagus atop the lamb chops and alongside a side of fluffy rice.

- 6 lamb chops
- 10 stalks asparagus (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning (Vaqueiro Flavors)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 Tbsp. mustard (L'Ancienne, or similar)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- chives (to taste)

Directions
- Grill the chops with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In a pan, heat the margarine 1 minute, add the asparagus, and saute.
- Add the water and mustard.
- Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with chives. Remove from heat.
- Serve with white rice.
