  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon spice (jerk, you can use the recipe listed here, or your own fave jerk spice)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (I used coconut palm sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 peach (diced, approx. 3/4 cup)
  • 1/3 cup green tomato (diced, optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • radishes (Thinly sliced, I used watermelon radishes)
