Ingredients

  • 2 blade pork steaks (cut 1-inch thick)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator 4-24 hours. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill over medium-hot coals, 7 minutes per side, turning once until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
