Ingredients

  • 1 cup marinade (Lawry's® Baja Chipotle, with Lime Juice, divided)
  • 1 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons red onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Directions

  1. 1Mix 1 tablespoon of the marinade, red pepper, onion, cilantro and lime juice in small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. 2Meanwhile, place shrimp in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 3/4 cup of the remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
  3. 3Refrigerate 15 minutes. Remove shrimp from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade in bag.
  4. 4Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink, turning frequently and brushing with remaining marinade. Serve shrimp with salsa.
