Added cayenne pepper and Italian seasoning. Overall the dish is really good, I think diced fresh mushrooms cooked with the spinach would be a good addition.

This is one of those recipes that you would never know just by looking at it that it's going to turn out absolutely fantastic! I used Mezzetta's Roasted Red Bell Peppers from a jar.
