  • 8 oz. penne pasta (whole grain)
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Wish-Bone Light Italian Dressing
  • 8 oz. asparagus (trimmed)
  • 1 sweet onion (large, thickly sliced into rounds)
  • 1 medium zucchini (sliced lengthwise into thirds)
  • 1 red bell pepper (large, quartered)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, basil and lemon juice in large bowl. Add pasta and toss.
    2. Meanwhile, grill chicken and vegetables until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender. Cut warm vegetables into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice chicken. Toss with Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing in large bowl. Add pasta and toss.

    nothing was said to girll the chicken and veggiea with oil..apray..olive oil.i dos olive oil..pam..cooked on my grill pan indoors.no chicken..plan on having with talapia ...yes would make again..more seasoning
