Yum! My kid loved this and at 14, she doesn’t love much. I ended up baking it, which actually made the chicken very moist. Just put half the sauce in the bottom, then brushed the rest on top. Will definitely make again!

Great! Quick and easy dish. I baked mine in the oven @ 375 for about 40 minutes. I also marinated the chicken the night before with a chicken rub so it was super tender and delicious. For some extra flavor, make more sauce & brush on the inside of the chicken before you put on cheese then put on the outside as indicated. I will definitely be making this again!!

We used our own hot sauce, and had to bake it in oven but still turned out great, Definitely on our list for grilling.

May try using some sliced mozzarella cheese rather than shredded next time. The chicken breasts I bought were on the grill on low for about 45 minutes.

This dish was fantastic...the family loved it. I baked it in the oven and left half of the breasts without the hot sauce so my young daughter that doesn't eat spicy food would be happy. For those I brushed chicken seasoning and melted butter over the top. It came out great!
