  • 1 oz. gruyere
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 Tbsp. caramelized onions

    1. Cut sourdough into 6 thick slices. Grate or slice cheeses.
    2. Roughly chop basil and thyme. Cut tomato into slices. Set aside.
