It was nice and fresh and not to big. For the side I had roasted broccolini with a lemon drizzle salt and pepper and Parmesan! It was AMAZING! Highly recommend to people who love to grill and eat healthy.

This was super easy and pretty tasty. I seasoned with “7 ward seasoning” and olive oil. I was also out of tomatoes so I roasted thinly sliced sweet potatoes 350* for 18min until soft as a substitute (salt and pepper to taste, olive oil on sheet and vegetables)

This is awesome. I used thighs. For Grill spice I used Montreal Chicken and Italian herbs. After 12 mins on the stovetop I put them in the oven for about 8 minutes at 350 as thighs take a bit longer. I then added the caprese and back in the oven at 400 for about 5 minutes. I wished I had used more basil....be generous.

Delicious simple and light, great meal for the summer! I used Grillmates tomato and basil marinade as the seasoning rub, it comes in a one time use packet. This was the most flavorful caprese I've ever eaten, better than the restaurant!!
