    It was nice and fresh and not to big. For the side I had roasted broccolini with a lemon drizzle salt and pepper and Parmesan! It was AMAZING! Highly recommend to people who love to grill and eat healthy.

    This was super easy and pretty tasty. I seasoned with “7 ward seasoning” and olive oil. I was also out of tomatoes so I roasted thinly sliced sweet potatoes 350* for 18min until soft as a substitute (salt and pepper to taste, olive oil on sheet and vegetables)

    This is awesome. I used thighs. For Grill spice I used Montreal Chicken and Italian herbs. After 12 mins on the stovetop I put them in the oven for about 8 minutes at 350 as thighs take a bit longer. I then added the caprese and back in the oven at 400 for about 5 minutes. I wished I had used more generous.

    Super good. My lost my fresh basil from the store to my house, so I subbed in dried basil. Still tasted great!

    make sure to season the chicken well and use a quality mozzarella and olive oil. comes on the stove top and just used a little the get the cheese nice and melted

    Turned out very yummy. I used vegetable oil instead of vinegar, cooked in pan for a bit then in the oven to finish it off.

    Tastes great, simple instructions. We cooked it as directed but a little disappointed the mozzarella didn't melt at all. Next time we will add moz sooner!!

    Delicious simple and light, great meal for the summer! I used Grillmates tomato and basil marinade as the seasoning rub, it comes in a one time use packet. This was the most flavorful caprese I've ever eaten, better than the restaurant!!
