  • 1 juice (lime)
  • 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 dash ground black pepper

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients for the marinade. Add the sliced chicken and let marinade for one hour or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
    2. Place the sliced chicken on a heated griddle. Let the chicken grill on one side and then turn over. Let the chicken become a beautiful golden color.
