  • dry rub (your choice, I use sea salt, red and black pepper and garlic powder)
  • 1 cup bbq sauce (:[/b])
  • 1/2 ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • sauce (Combine all ingredients in a medium size, pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes – 1 hour. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.)
