Amazing! Paired it with a fried egg over easy and smoked salmon. Maybe add a squeeze of lemon at the end, but other than that and adding salt to taste it was a perfect brunch or dinner dish.

Quit tasty meal can skip the almonds if you don't have any or nut Allergy, but you dressing goes well with olives or beans you can use I with anything. I had it with grilled tuna for a healthy meal
