  • 1 scoop Collagen (Perfect Supplements, Powder)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (1 large lemon)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (MCT oil, or ghee)
  • 2 tsp. organic coconut oil (extra virgin)
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric (dried)
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
