    Delicious and definitely felt like I was eating to feel good! - I could feel my body soaking up the nutritious goodness! I didn't have basil so I made a cashew nut and parsley pesto instead... it went well with the trout and the other greens. Oh and I used smoked trout instead of a fresh fish fillet! Really good!
