Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup edamame (Shelled Soybean)
  • 5 ounces goat cheese (Creamy, Chevre)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • baguette (narrow French bread sliced and toasted)

Directions

  1. Add Edamame, Goat Cheese, Garlic, Thyme and Milk to food processor.
  2. Process these ingredients for about 30 seconds until well blended to a creamy consistency.
  3. Place in serving dish or spread directly on toasted slices of baguette.
  4. Garnish with a small sprig of thyme.
  5. This appetizer will pair will with a crisp, un-oaked Chardonnay.
