Ingredients

  • 1/2 granny smith apples (green)
  • 350 grams cucumber
  • 15 grams fennel bulb
  • 150 grams greek yogurt
  • 15 grams lettuce
  • 30 grams spinach leaves
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. 1Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.
  2. 2Peel and take off the seeds of the cucumber, cut it into pieces.
  3. 3Dice the fennel.
  4. 4Combine yogurt, lettuce leaves, spinach, parsley, dill, diced apples, cucumber and fennel in the jar of a blender.
  5. 5Mix, gradually adding vinegar, salt, and then olive oil.
