  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano (or dried italian herbs)

  • 1 whole jalapeno chilies (omit if you don't want it too hot)
  • 10 green chilies (roasted, or 10 chopped green chilies or 10 frozen green chiles, found in supermarkets)
  • 1 handful chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1 cup flour
