Best turkey burgers ever. Subbed 4 oz for hot chili peppers. Rolled in almond flour and sautéed before baking.

I followed others advice to put in an egg as a binder, and it definitely helped, but the burgers were still difficult to keep together. Overall, taste was pretty good but the burgers were difficult to work with.

Best turkey burger recipe I’ve made! Love the cilantro and green Chile’s in them! They were tasty and full of flavor!

Awesome, even without tge chike peppers. Egg was added to the patties for more texture when cooking. kudos!

So good ! I added one egg and made it for 8 servings instead of 4 as I cook for my mom too !

Delish. I added one egg as a binder. I also added garlic chili sauce rather than chili powder. This added a touch more heat.

I realized at the last minute that I did not have chilis, so I used diced jarred jalapenos instead. It added some heat, but not too much. I meant to add more cumin and chili powder like the other reviews suggested, but forgot. That would have made it taste even better. I also had a handful of fresh mushrooms that needed to be used so I diced and added those too. I served the patties with navy beans and a salad. It was winner and I look forward to making it again with the chilis and a few more adjustments.

Good but they kind of fell apart... I’m not sure if maybe they were missing a binder or something they were still yummy though! I added a tsp of cayenne pepper and a whole onion instead of half. Served on whole grain flat bread with broccoli tots. Next time I’m not going to use salt, half the cumin and put it into a meat loaf pan. I think these would be delightful with some tzatziki sauce.

Husband loved, but we will put in less cilantro in the future.

Loved the flavor I used bacon drippings to cook in cast iron skillet. I don’t have a grill. They turned out great.

My husband and I loved them and my toddler ate it so it was a hit

Delicious and healthy. I sautéed onions and garlic before adding it to the ground turkey. Topped the burger off with pepperjack cheese, tomato, and avocado. Even made it healthier by eating it protein-style (wrapped in lettuce). Will be making again!

I've made this recipe several times and it's amazing! However, I have to say it's way more tender and cost effective if you substitute with ground chicken. Yum!

Excellent will make again
Jenny Tarr 5 Jun 2017
very good. will use different meat next time because the turkey was so soft. would be hard to grill. delicious tho. I used a bit of dried cilantro instead of fresh since I'm not a huge fan.

Easy and delish! Great with avocado on it. Will put this in the usual rotation!

These were pretty good. They do tend to fall apart though. I prefer them without a hamburger bun. Will try them again.

Cannot get the directions. I have tried several times with different recipes. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Very tasty! My green chilies came in a 7 oz can instead of 8 oz and thought was just enough for us. My non-food adventuresome son liked them too.

I wish I could super yum this! Substituted chicken mince for turkey due to personal preference. Amazing stuff.
Laura N. 22 Mar 2017
I made a few substitutes out of necessity. I didn't have cilantro and substituted fresh basil, and I also used chicken instead of turkey, but these were really delicious. Also easy to make. Ate them with chopped tomato and guacamole on top.

Didn't know what to expect, but the cumin added a nice Mexican food flavor while the chiles added a small amount of heat. They were super flavorful. Definitely a keeper and a permanent addition to my recipe collection!
