    These were delicious. Brought me back to my Mom’s version. Found myself eating them cold from the fridge the next day. There is a lot of dressing, so I would reduce it a bit more the next time. Despite the vinegar turning the beans a pale olive green, usually that color is a sign they’ve been cooked too long, they were still very crisp and crunchy.
