    Nice idea, but somehow the dish seemed like separate ingredients, without binding together. I’m not someone who always needs a heavy sauce, but perhaps just a tablespoon of cream or sour cream so it comes together.the sherry wine combined with bacon flavored the chanterelles nicely!
