  • 14.5 ounces green beans (drained)
  • 1 cream of mushroom soup (family size can, 26-oz.)
  • 6 ounces french fried onions
  • 1/4 cup onion (sauteed)
  • 1/4 cup celery (sauteed)
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper (sauteed)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Drain the green beans, and mix them together with the cream of mushroom soup, sauteed onion, celery, and bell pepper, and about 2/3 of the can French fried onions. Transfer to a 9x9-in. baking dish.
    3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, until bubbling. Top with the remaining French fried onions and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the French fried onions are golden brown.
