  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries (frozen can substituted, if using frozen increase cornstarch to 1½ tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest (finely)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
