Was ok...eh, left out the bell pepper

Easy and delicious. I tossed 1/3 marinade with veggies, then placed chicken on top and rubbed with remaining marinade. Took 55 min to cook, though, not 30-35 min.

Very little cleanup, huge flavors. I would recommend cooking the potatoes on a second pan because the lemons give off a ton of juice. Even my picky kids loved this recipe.

The chicken was moist, the veggies were well cooked. It was missing a bit of flavour, more oregano, more salt and pepper were needed. Would definitely make again with the adjustments required.

So easy, flavors are really good, and I have a couple of notes for myself for next time: 1- Marinate the chicken for a bit before cooking 2- Put the potatoes in to roast a few minutes before everything else joins them.

Turned out great, although I would cook it under 30 min. Chicken was a little too dry. I didn’t have potatoes, substituted hericot verts, added dried thyme either the oregano and it was so simple & tasty.

Overall pretty good. Chicken could use a bit more seasoning. Going to try with marinating the chicken in the marinade for a short time prior to cooking.

Delish. Added about a tablespoon of thin sliced sundried tomatoes - perfecto!

Great, I would add some crushed tomatoes, omit the baby potatoes and serve with Cous cous. Also a little more marinade would be better. I threw some olive oil over the veggies as I thought there may not be enough marinade to keep it moist. Otherwise, delish!

So yummy! I omitted the red onions, next time will add yellow onions instead. Also added green peppers. Really enjoyed all the flavors!

Was so easy, had all ingredients on hand except for the olives and used thighs instead of breasts, ended up spicing some pimientos as a substitute for the kalamatas. Flavors were amazing. Great fast and easy recipe.

Excellent! went heavier on the spices for a bit more flavor. I also added parseley and put it all over onion and tomato couscous. served with greek yogurt. Pretty much made a tagine without the clay pot.

Smelled so good that we could hardly wait to eat! Tasted as good as it smelled! Need to clarify that the feta and kalamata are added after baking.

Made as written. I liked the results but have another recipe that is better. I would amp up the spices in order to make it 5 star.

A refaire mais avec des tomates à la place des pommes de terre
