Straightforward recipe that’s really good! I used a 15 Oz can of tomato sauce…8 oz was too little to make the dish “saucy” enough for us. I might up the cinnamon to 1/2 tsp next time. This recipe reminded me of the “old country” pastitsio my best friend’s mom made when I was young.

Loved this. Kept all spices the same, but added about 1/2 cup more pasta and a bit more sauce just to stretch it a little further. The cheese sauce on top is a win/win in my book. Greek Pastitsio is now one of my favorite meals.

Recipe was good. I doubled the beschamel recipe and used arrabiata 16oz for the sauce as well as double the spices.

Raves from the family. Loved the cinnamon flavor with the meat. I used ground turkey instead of beef. Also used almondmilk rather than cows milk. Overall, I highly recommend!

Excellent . My only modification was a little bit of hotter pepper in the meat mixture. We like to kick it up a notch
