Used split chicken breast. Very juicy, a lot of flavor. Good zing from the lemon but I thought it could use more garlic. I’ll be adding this to the regular rotation. I cooked it I the oven with a probe thermometer.

The chicken turned out very soft and the flavours were quite subtle. I enjoyed it even though I like flavours that punch me in the face...or tongue...or stomach... I would most definitely try it again though.

Loved this! I cut up a half chicken into pieces, marinated for 30 minutes and baked it. It turned out juicy and the marinade baked into a delicious tangy crust. My picky 10 year old even said she liked it. Win!

I used boneless, skinless chicken breast. I cut the breast into kabob size pieces and marinated. I baked at 375F for 20 minutes and ended up transferring to a skillet with a little Greek olive oil to brown. I made a side of roasted onion and bell peppers. Great served with pita bread and lavash. Will use this marinade again!
