    Directions

    1. In a large soup pot bring the broth to a boil over medium heat.
    2. Reduce heat to medium low and cook the Orzo uncovered for about 15-20 minutes.
    3. While bringing the broth to boil, cut the chicken into cubes and pan fry in EVOO until golden brown.
