Use thick slices of mozzarella cheese, sweet tomatoes and fresh basil to top these flavorful burgers with, instead of ketchup. I did mine differently. I wrapped the meat around a cube of mozzarella cheese and a pat of frozen butter, and then baked them in the oven. The cheese oozed out with each bite, and the butter made them taste heavenly.
