Ingredients

500 grams ground beef
1 eggs
1 clove garlic (chopped)
8 leaves peppermint (fresh, chopped)
1 teaspoon paprika
salt
ground black pepper
4 pita bread
extra-virgin olive oil
lettuce leaves
cucumber (sliced)
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
tomatoes (sliced)
goat cheese (sliced)

Directions

1Mix the meat with the egg, garlic, peppermint, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape the meat into beef patties and cook on both sides until golden brown.
2Heat the pita bread, cut it in half, and drizzle with olive oil.
3On top of one of the halves add the lettuce, cucumber, and meat. Drizzle with the red wine vinegar and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover with the other half of the pita bread.
4Serve immediately.
