Awesome recipe - prep was a little longer than expected but well worth it. The marinade seemed a bit thick so I added extra lemon juice.

Liked it but would recommend less oregano

This is a terrific recipe. The marinade makes the chicken so very tender and flavourful ! Be sure not to overlook it on the barbecue and your guests will be raving!

I used generous amounts of fresh oregano and parsley. After combining the ingredients I ran it through a food processor and marinated zucchini, onions, and bell peppers for kabobs. Yum! I would fix my veggies this way again.
