Ingredients

5 pita bread (sections)
1/4 cup milk
250 grams ground beef
250 grams ground pork
2 tablespoons mint (minced)
1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons onions (minced)
1 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tomatoes (sliced)
lettuce leaves
1/2 red onion (peeled and sliced)
1/2 cup feta cheese (diced)
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup cucumber (seeded and diced)
1 tablespoon mint (minced)
1 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
salt
ground black pepper

Directions

1Cut each pita so that 1/5 of each one is removed. Mince the slices and marinate in milk for 10 minutes. Strain the bread.
2Mix the strained bread, beef, pork, mint, lemon juice, onion, garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Form the burgers with your hands.
3Heat a skillet with cooking spray on medium heat, grill the burgers until they are golden brown on both sides.
4Mix the plain yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, mint, garlic, and a salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
5Cut open the pita breads, spread the dressing, and add the lettuce, beef, tomato, red onion, Feta cheese, and serve with more dressing on top.
