Description

This yogurt based cake is made with no butter, but plenty of chocolate! Ready in an hour, this cake is a simple, yet delectable, option when company is coming.

Ingredients

  • chocolate bars (1 milk)
  • 200 grams flour
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 deciliters oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • margarine (to grease)
  • flour (for dusting)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Grease a bundt cake pan with margarine, and dust with flour.
  3. 3Grate the chocolate bar, and set aside.
  4. 4In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, yogurt, eggs, oil, and baking powder. Beat well until obtaining a homogeneous and very smooth batter.
  5. 5Add the grated chocolate, and mix with a spoon.
  6. 6Pour the batter in cake pan, and bake for about 40 minutes.
  7. 7Remove from the oven, unmold, and let cool.
