  • 1 grapefruit
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 milliliters milk

Directions

  2. Peel half the grapefruit, cut in four pieces, and blend in the blender together with the sugar.

Grapefruit is my favorite citrus flavor so I could not wait to make these. They were so good. There was no way my little blender could have worked with the grapefruit in step 2, so I used my food processor to make sure I had a nice smooth batter. I will be making these again.
