  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste (ginger)
  • red chili flakes (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger (each, and garlic separately.)
