  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 1/2 ounces dried pineapple (chopped)
  • 3 1/2 ounces dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds (toasted)
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 7x11 inch rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add remaining dry ingredients. Gently heat butter, honey and 2 tbsp water in a saucepan over low heat until melted. Mix into dry ingredients. Add egg. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 35-40 mins, until golden brown. Let cool in pan then cut into squares and serve.
