40 minutes was way too long. I had my husband watching the oven while I hopped in the shower, and it was pretty well burnt after 30 minutes.

Great. I have made this recipe for over a year now, every few weeks. I double the recipe and cut back a little on the sugar. I also do not stir it and cook it for a little less time then the recipe suggest. After it sits out and cools it crumbles beautifully into big chunks

Delicious. I don’t cook, but this is great to improvise.

used a little less of both sweeteners and it was great!

I just finished making it, just out of the oven. I also added raw pumpkin seeds and a little vanilla flavor. I was expecting it to be a little more clumpy, but the flavors are spot on. I can't wait to try with yogurt, ice cream, milk or just for snacking. Thanks for the recipe!

Had to lower oven temp. and almost half cook time. Otherwise very tasty.

I've made a lot of granola and the base for this one is great - the right balance of sweet, nut and spice. Be creative and have fun making different combinations.
