Delicious!! Better than my moms ribs! My husband says they are the best he has ever had! Would do again.

Through the years I have cooked and smoked ribs every way imaginable and my wife and I think these were the best yet. The overnight marinade left them very tender and juicy. The only change I made was to reduce the pepper to 1 tablespoon as I knew more would make the sauce very spicy. The result was a slight spice effect but was not noticeable when basting the ribs. I also added some liquid smoke. Great recipe and will do many times in the future
