  • 200 grams round grain rice
  • 300 grams spinach
  • 300 grams potato
  • 200 grams unsalted cod
  • paprika
  • salt

  1. Separately prepare each ingredient before mixing.
  2. Peel potatoes into very thin slices.
  3. Fry potatoes in abundant oil over low heat.
  4. Rinse spinach, chop and cook in plenty of boiling water for about 25 minutes.
  5. Crumble cod and cook cod and rice in plenty of boiling water for about 17 minutes.
  6. Once everything is cooked, drain oil from potatoes and drain water from spinach, cod and rice.
