Absolutely delicious. I used all chicken broth instead of adding water and I used fresh basil. I added cauliflower rice at the end. It was very flavorful and an excellent comfort meal on a rainy day!

I didn't care for this recipe at all. I have cooked better chicken soup. I thought the spices were overpowering and too much chicken for my liking.

Tastes amazing! I felt like I was cooking the way we are meant to by using the WHOLE bird, after the two hours the meat fell off the bone! I just picked them all out pretty easily, just took a little more time. I added corn and a little extra spice like garlic and onion salts and powders. Also made a side of brown rice with chicken stock which I added in the bowl when I served it. REALLY GOOD!

I don’t like mushy vegetables... a texture thing for me. I put vegetables in large pieces while the chicken cooked in broth for the flavor. When I took the chicken out to take it off the bone, I also took out the veggies and discarded them. I added shredded carrots and celery when I put chicken back into pot. Let it cook 15-20 min. When I added parsley at the end I also added green onion tops. I also added a little chicken soup base (similar to bouillon but more of a paste).

Bone broth is key! Perfect wintertime remedy!

Overall good but to me the basil gave it a strange flavor. I've never had basil in chicken soup (maybe other people are used to it) so if you omit the basil it's good.

This was amazing. The best chicken soup I’ve ever made or had. So simple and easy too. My mother loved it.

Soup was awesome. When I make my chicken soup I wrap my chicken lightly and cheese cloth and tie it so when I pull it out of the pot I get no bones in the soup.

Cooked in the crock pot instead... needed more seasoning after the longer cook process. I made the noodles separately so they wouldn’t get soggy. Not a bad recipe for a simple soup! Very easy!

The time estimate is spot on. It tastes fantastic. The broth has a lot of flavor and it brings the soup together completely😆

It’s definitely a classic chicken soup, but I added curry powder and a little vegetable bullion for a little extra flavour.
